Where is Memories Galore located?
We have a store in Midlothian, Virginia at 4800 Market Square Lane (288 and Hull Street/360 West) and a store located in the West End of Richmond at 3991 Deep Rock Road (I-64 and Gaskins Road North). If you can't visit us in person, our online store is always open!

What are the store hours?
Our stores are open seven days a week and offer our valued customers the following convenient shopping hours:

~ Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 11am - 7pm
~ Wednesdays: CLOSED
~ Fridays: 11am-8pm
~ Saturdays: 10am - 7pm
~ Sundays: noon - 5pm

Does Memories Galore sell giftcards?
Yes. A Memories Galore giftcard makes a perfect gift for the scrapbooker in your life! Call us at 804.744.6500 during store hours and we will send you a giftcard in any amount you desire.

Do you have a newsletter and can I be added to the mailing list?
Yes. We send a weekly e-newsletter. Please click here to be added to the distribution list. We do not share your contact information with anyone.

Does Memories Galore offer classes?
Yes. We offer a full range of classes, crops and special events for every skill-level of scrapbooker and cardmaker, alike. To see a complete listing, check under the Crops & Classes link.

Does Memories Galore offer a customer loyalty program?

Are all of the papers sold by Memories Galore acid and lignin free?
Yes. We only stock acid and lignin free papers, stickers, chipboard and embellishments. You can trust the products sold at Memories Galore to be archival safe.

Are the papers sold by Memories Galore true 12x12?
Manufacturers produce slight differences. Should you need exact information on a specific paper please e-mail us or call 804.744.6500.

What is Memories Galore's return policy?
Memories Galore may provide the purchaser of its products* a store credit, refund or exchange upon presentation of the purchaser's original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. If you don't have your receipt, your return may be eligible only for store credit. If the product is no longer an active item in the store, returns or exchanges will not be honored, regardless of purchase date.

When key tag punches are accepted or redeemed at the time of purchase, returns may be eligible for store credit only. All returns must be unopened, in original manufacturer's packaging. All defective merchandise will be exchanged or a store credit will be given.

*FINAL SALE ITEMS: All book, magazine, software, cut ribbon, paper/cardstock, pen/marker, ink, paint, glitter, Stickles, stamp, QuicKutz dies and tools, stencil/template, and Creative Café purchases are final-no returns, no exceptions.
