Actual shipping and sales charges will apply.E-mail - If you like, e-mail your completed fax order form to customerservice@memoriesgalore.com. Provide us with a description of the item(s), quantity, etc. Be sure to provide us with your daytime contact phone number to make payment arrnagements.

Returns Policy - At Memories Galore, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and we strive to ensure that every order is shipped completely and correctly. Should you need to return an item, your request must adhere with our Returns Policy as follows:
Memories Galore will be happy to provide the purchaser of its products a full refund, store credit, or exchange upon presentation of the purchaser's original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase*. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges. If you don't have a receipt or the product is no longer an active item in the store, returns or exchanges may not be honored, regardless of purchase date.
**Please note that the sale of Books, Magazines, Loose Stickers, Cut Ribbon, Paper, Pens, Stickles, Stamps and Clearance Items are final - no returns.**
All returns must be unopened, in original manufacturer's packaging. All defective merchandise will be exchanged or a store credit will be given.
*Purchases paid by check may be returned for cash refund with a receipt after 14 days.
